Abstract
This article presents the first part of a study in discourse analysis that situates in an historical context two pictographic litigious documents of the XVI century. In a social and cultural situation of conquest and colonization, the power abuse is a current matter. The passions that domination and subjection produces are deep and plural, they arise from the conqueror, who has their own. This work presents some of them: punishment, rejection, compasión and love. The pragmatic semio-discursive approche is the frame of the work.
