Full time teacher and researcher in the Faculty of Languages, “Benito Juárez” Autonomous University of Oaxaca, Mexico. PhD in Applied Linguistics, University of Essex, UK. Member of the Faculty of the Master's Program in Language, Literature and Translation, UABJO. He has carried out studies and published on the following topics of interest: the role of internal factors (L1/L2 linguistic system, age, cognitive processes) and their interaction with the context to explain the oral and written variability of the target language; ICT-mediated collaborative academic literacy; language and translation; literature and language.
