Language and Subjectivity (Part II)
Résumé
In this section I discuss how subjectivity can be expressed in Italian (and in other European languages) through the use of adverbs. I want to show that certain classes of adverbs are particulary relevant in the analysis of the act of utterance insofar as they signal in the utterance itself the presence of the locutionary agents's involvement.
