El enfoque psico-sociolingüístico de la acreditación-evaluación

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe the psycho-sociolinguistic approach to language testing and to explain why this approach can be considered as an alternative to the existing testing techniques. In order to describe and analyse the psycho-sociolinguistic approach a dichotomy between this approach and the psychometric approach is used. This contrastive analysis is used through out the paper in order to show that these two approaches are based on completely different linguistic; psychological and social principles.
