Propuesta para un programa de enseñanza de una lengua extranjera

Abstract


This article attempts to define what a syllabus is in the teaching of a foreign language; beginning with some general considerations and finally focusing on more specific ones related to its constituent elements. Next; a syllabus and course design for Italian is presented and tho se aspects which one important for their development are emphasized. In the Introduction; it is pointed out th at no attempt will be made to give definitive solutions but indicate only one path for teaching that is operationally possible within a certain milieu i.e.; Mexico; which although it is complex is still interesting and inspiring. The course design which is proposed takes into account o ne well-known part of this milieu. Far from being rigid it is subject to necessary modifications and adjustements.
